A sample of work representing my reportage style

Mexico City: I travelled to Mexico City to create a visual record of the effects of air polution on the population, in support of research being carried out by students at the London University. The resulting work lead to an exhibition, which consisted of 22 b/w photographs shown as part of the annual Brighton Fesitval, and broadened the area of study to include an insight into the daily life and culture in Mexico City. *Sponsored in part by Kodak. *Awarded BTEC student of the year award based on this work. Format: 6x6, 6x4.5, 35mm b/w.

Hunt Saboteurs: Long, cold, November days, running around muddy, rainy, damp English countryside, documenting hunt riders and hunt saboteurs. The resulting photographs were used to accompany a feature article in the Brighton Argus newspaper. Although Tony Blair's Labour government promised to ban the "sport", it is still going strong today. Format: B/W 35mm.
